Delivery Inspection & Shipping Policy

• Customers are allowed to inspect their order while the courier is present.

• If the customer decides that they do not want the order, they may refuse it and only the shipping fee must be paid.

• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and final.

• No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after the courier has departed.

• Any issues related to items, size, color, or defects must be reported at the time of delivery.

By accepting the order or allowing the courier to leave, the customer confirms that the order is correct, complete, and in good condition.
